Clean room, quirky chalet, close to King's Cross

Rooms lack adequate storage space!!! The bathroom fan’s persistent noise and malfunctioning door handle needed immediate attention. the noise from the courtyard can be intolerable at night!!!

I truly enjoyed my stay, especially pushing through the hustle to discover landmarks like Trafalgar Square and the beautiful greenery of the British Library gardens, both just a short stroll away. the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, providing a cozy space to unwind after a long day of walking.

Location near King's Cross offers quick access to transport links, making it easy to explore the area. The room had a decent number of plug sockets for charging devices, an unexpected perk for tech-savvy travelers.

The single pane windows allowed street noise to seep in, making it hard to catch some sleep with sirens and chatter all night. Limited space meant no hanging area for clothes, and the room's overall wear and tear, including a damaged table and broken shower door, dampened the experience considerably. Fellow guests above made their presence known with loud creaking floorboards and the occasional banging noise, which might disrupt light sleepers.

We stayed for 2 nights and the room was pretty comfy and clean. Check-in was a breeze with the codes sent before arrival. The outdoor dining area was nice. The only annoying part was the wardrobe—it was way too small for our stuff. not a bad place for its location!
